Hi, all. Please help me with this. I submitted a poem to an EverBe, Florida, contest to choose poems for their sidewalks and I’m a finalist. But, now the public has to vote here. It’s quick and easy. You have to choose 8 poems and then submit. When I checked, mine is the last. It reads:
Ever be youthful,
Always a child of the sun.
Ever, ever be.

Thanks. I dropped back to poetry since I’m having vision problems. I’m a finalist in another contest with the Tennessee Voices anthology and will do a reading at their Zoom conference this afternoon. Glad to hear from you.

I won’t now until the end of the month. I don’t think I’m going to win because I don’t have a big army of fans to vote for me. Haven’t been really pleased with this phase of the contest. I think they should have had judges that deided on merit. 😛

Thanks for lettine me know. I’ll try to pick it up. I did not win in the EverBe contest. I was disappointed in how it ran. It turned out to be how many people you could get to vote for you, instead of about merit. Thanks to all who voted for me!
