This is a Rabid Puppy 2016 Hugo nomination for Best Short Story. It was published online here at Vox Popoli. This is a parody of Rachel Swirsky’s Nebula Award winning story “If You Were a Dinosaur My Love” that you can read here. This piece also targets John Scalzi, the SFWA and the Nebula Awards.
I’m not going to rate this one, as Greg Hullender is probably right in the comments that it’s not a story–maybe a related work. You can compare it to the original and decide for yourself. I do have to say this is a masterful stroke by Vox Day in attacking a lot of things he’s not happy with.
